Vermaas veno 49

The Vermaas Veno 49 is a solid long keeler with a draft of 1.85m and a weight of +-20 tonnes, designed and build by the Vermaas shipyard in The Netherlands.
This sailing yacht is known for its robust construction and excellent sailing performance. It features a spacious interior, making it suitable for longer trips and comfortable living on board.

The Vermaas Veno 49 is often praised for its stability and handling in various sea conditions, partly due to its equipment, construction and dimensions she can serve well as a live-a-board.

This solid sailing yacht has been owned by the current owner since 2005. The teak deck was replaced in 2005, wintering was always done on freshwater with deck cover.
The generator, 3.5 KVA, was recently overhauled and is being reinstalled.
This centre cockpit is equipped with a 6 cylinder Mitsubishi with +-1,000 engine hours; a powerful bow thruster, autopilot and recent navigation equipment in the cockpit and at the chart table(oa Raymarine Hybridtouch).
The sails are still perfectly usable. Both the furling mainsail and the furling genoa are hydraulically operated. A cutterstay is also mounted on deck, with a manual furling jib.
